Save your work time by quickly making Zoom appointments with colleagues and clients right from the task. A notification and a link to the meeting will be sent to all participants, and its recording will appear in the task comments.
If you want to schedule a Zoom meeting with colleagues, click the Zoom icon when creating a new task, or in the comment field for an existing one. You can start a meeting right away, or schedule one for the future. In the calendar that opens, select the date, time and duration of the event. The Zoom meeting will appear in the Inbox of all participants, and a link to the meeting will appear in the task’s right menu.
You can also set a meeting reminder in Zoom. In the task comment field, click on the clock icon and select the required day and time.
How to connect
The extension does not need to be connected - it is already turned on and works in every task.
