Google Meet

Communicate with colleagues and clients from anywhere in the world without wasting time organizing meetings. Instantly create meetings in Google Meet, right from a Pyrus task. All participants will receive a link to the meeting, and all its details will appear in the task's comments.
To schedule a meeting in Google Meet, click the video camera icon in the instrument panel when creating a new task in Pyrus, or in the comment field to an existing task.
In the calendar that opens, select Google Meet, specify the date, time, and duration of the meeting, and click Create.

Every participant will receive the meeting in their Inbox, and a link to it will appear in the task panel on the right.

You can also set a reminder about the Google Meet meeting. In the task's comment field, click the clock icon and select the desired date and time.
