Note: as part of the update, the PostgreSQL database will be migrated from version 13 to version 16. To ensure the process goes smoothly, make sure that:
there is enough free space on the server. After the update, the database size will temporarily double, so free space equal to the total size of the following volumes is required:
- pyrus_pgsql_data;
- pyrus_logs_pgsql_data.
It is recommended to leave an additional 15% free space from the total disk volume. In version 1.19, the space occupied by the database will decrease again.
the Docker Compose version is up to date: check the docker-compose.yml file. The current version can be downloaded here.
Please note that in the technical requirements, the minimum Docker Compose version has been updated from 1.28.0 to 1.29.2.
Ready-made form templates for automating routine processes added.
Administrators can now be assigned to roles and bots.
Form type fields can now be added to the table.
Fields removed from the form template can now be restored.
A new video player has been added, with features such as video speed up/slow down, instant rewind, and video control using keyboard buttons.
The reopening of a closed task when changing the value of a field in it has been canceled.
Automatic substitution of separators for long numbers can now be set in the text field mask.
In the Escalation extension, the deadline for adding a manager to a task, when the specified SLA is considered based on working hours; a transition to a pre-filled web form via a direct link has been added.
From the panel with attached files, you can now go directly to the comment the file is attached to.
A Quote button for highlighted text has been added in comments.
In the Inbox, next to the task where you were mentioned, a special icon appears. It disappears when you reply to the comment.
Updates in the Knowledge Base:
- a tree structure of articles in the sidebar;
- image sizes can now be set;
- new colors for highlighting text.

- In the Date form field, it is now possible to set deadlines with a long interval, which is displayed in the calendar.
- A major update of chats on the website and in the mobile app: an even more convenient interface, catchphrases, and more.
- Columns in the catalogs can now be pinned.
- New fields have appeared in the user profile: "About Me," "Location," "Messenger ID".
- The maximum size of uploaded files has been increased to 2 GB.
- Large emojis can now be used in comments to announcements.
- Two new currencies have been added: Kyrgyz som and Thai baht.
- The ability to group tasks from the Following list has been introduced.
- Files attached to comments are now downloaded in ZIP format.

- In the organization settings, access rights to closed forms can be set for employees with Manager and Administrator rights.
- User manager rights have been divided into two parts:
- the ability to invite, block, and change properties of users and roles;
