Mobile app
Pyrus Datacenter users have full access to the mobile app’s functions. Wherever you are, you can always access your tasks and files in Pyrus. If you find yourself on a plane, or out of signal range, you can keep working offline without interruption. As soon as you reconnect, Pyrus automatically syncs and updates the data.
Important: the Pyrus mobile app only supports the current and two previous versions of Pyrus Datacenter. If the mobile app is not working correctly, update Pyrus Datacenter.
Mobile Pyrus supports all the main actions available in the desktop version. You can:
- view a list of incoming or recent tasks, sort the list by last modification or deadline;
- assign tasks to colleagues, add participants, and discuss details in the task;
- launch processes using forms;
- edit fields in filled forms;
- share files and add related tasks;
- complete, delete, or hide tasks until needed;
- edit user profiles, block users in your organization;
- leave voice comments to respond faster to urgent tasks while driving or on the go: in the comment field, you will see a microphone icon,
- familiar to users of messenger apps.
Installing the app
- Download the Pyrus app:
- for iOS in the App Store;
- for Android in Google Play, AppGallery.
Enter the email address associated with your account in Pyrus Datacenter. Click on the Pyrus Datacenter URL.
Enter the Pyrus Datacenter URL and click Next.
Log in to the system.
Done! You will now always have full mobile access to tasks and files in Pyrus Datacenter.
