What permissions are required to work with bots

To manage the bots, the user needs access to Set up integrations and edit catalogs. It will be sufficient to edit the configuration of any bot in the company and enable/disable the bots. If a user does not have this access, the Bots tab will be unavailable.

Furthermore, the following permissions are required to add/block the bots:

  • To create a new bot, you need the right to Invite new users.
  • To block the bot, you need the right to Block user accounts.

All required rights can be granted to the users on their profile pages.
