Agreement to place public integrations in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace

This Agreement defines the procedure and conditions for using the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace. By publishing your Extension, you agree that you have read and agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Terms and definitions

Developer account — an account with the ability to publish extensions in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace.

Content — information presented in text, graphic, audiovisual (video) formats.

Intellectual property rights — any registered and unregistered worldwide patents, copyrights, as well as rights to trademarks, trade secrets, databases, and any other intellectual property.

Extensions API — a set of software tools for working with Pyrus platform data. Methods of the Extensions API are understood as the methods listed on the page https://pyrus.com/en/help/integration-development/api. Access to the Extensions API may be terminated completely or partially without notice and explanation of reasons.

Developer, you — any individual or legal entity that provides extensions for publication in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Extension, Product — software, digital materials, as well as other objects and services published by the Developer in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace.

2. Acceptance of this Agreement

2.1. This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the company Pyrus regarding the use of the Extensions API for placing Products in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace.

2.2. You may publish Extensions only upon acceptance of this Agreement.

2.3. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment it is posted at: https://pyrus.com/en/help/integration-development/agreement, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

2.4. The company "Pyrus" reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without any unilateral notification. The current version of the Agreement can be found at: https://pyrus.com/en/help/integration-development/agreement.

2.5. The company "Pyrus" has the right at any time, at its discretion and without explanation, to remove a Product from the Extensions Marketplace after its publication, notifying you in writing.

3. Placement of extensions

3.1. The extension that you publish in the Pyrus Marketplace must comply with the Terms of Use, Platform Rules, and the current Agreement.

3.2. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to users when placing an Extension is current, accurate, and true.

3.3. You are responsible for publishing extensions in Pyrus and providing users with the necessary information and technical support.

3.4. You agree not to place extensions and/or information about them in the Pyrus Extensions Marketplace that violate the requirements of international agreements, including but not limited to the dissemination of information that promotes terrorism, violence, drugs, pornography, interethnic strife, etc., violating generally accepted norms of morality and ethics. Also, providing inaccurate information about the Product, including its functional capabilities.

3.5. The company "Pyrus" has the right (but is not obligated) to conduct a preliminary check of the information about the Product for compliance with the Agreement. In this case, the publication of the Product in the Extension Marketplace is not a confirmation of compliance with the Terms of Use, Rules, or the current Agreement.

3.6. Processing of user data must be carried out by you in compliance with the requirements, principles, and rules of their processing provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, the Federal Law "On Personal Data".

3.7. When publishing an Extension, you undertake to post the text of the User Agreement regulating your relationship with Users on the website whose address you specified when publishing the Extension.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. You declare and guarantee that you do not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.2. In case of using materials of third parties, you declare and guarantee that you have the right to distribute such materials as part of your Extension and undertake to provide all documents confirming the existence of intellectual property rights, including contracts with authors and other rights holders upon request of "Papyrus".

4.3. You declare and guarantee that when publishing an Extension that includes integration with third-party services, you undertake not to violate the terms of use of these services.
