Recurring forms for regular events

Dates are known in advance for tasks like regular payments. Now you can make those forms recur regularly, and Pyrus will do the rest. Just fill in the form fields and make it recurrent. The form will automatically be created at the scheduled time and sent for approval. Read more

The Pyrus mobile app on Android can manage up to five accounts at once. If you work with several organizations or use different accounts for work and personal tasks, you can seamlessly switch between them.

Reports you need

Different specialists need different data in reports on the same form. In the Help desk form, for example, a support manager checks the time of first response and the time of overdue tickets, and a project manager wants to find out what problems clients are usually reporting. Read more

New approval buttons in the forms

In November, along with monthly updates our team was working to make task approval easier. The feedback from our clients who use Pyrus workflows was very helpful.

The new approval interface will be released in mid-December. Let’s see what’s new.

Manage service tickets with our new Facebook integration

Monthly updates: Pyrus now works with Facebook Messenger, Gmail, Google Docs, and Active Directory.

Integrating your Facebook group with Pyrus

If your business has a group on Facebook, you can incorporate it with your service ticket flow in Pyrus. When a client sends a request via Facebook, the request appears in Pyrus. When your support team responds, the client receives the response on Facebook Messenger.
