We have several new features to get the first few months of the new year off to a productive start.
The latest updates: hiding form fields, replying with one swipe, and switching between accounts with a single click.
Now you see it, now you don’t
Often, when filling out a form, different fields need to open, depending on the option the user has selected. For example, when filling out a payment form to pay an individual or an organization: if the payment is going to an organization, you need to enter the organization’s name, PSRN, CAT, and other details in the form; if the payment is meant for an individual, then you need to enter a different set of info.
October updates: you can now sign with your finger right on your phone or tablet, search by catalog item, and monitor requests using a form in the calendar.
Pyrus’ advanced search function is now even smarter. You can now search not only by assignee, author, participants and keywords that may or may be found in the task, but also by catalog item. In the selected business process, Pyrus will find the task by the contents of the catalog associated with that task. For example, it will select all the requests by branches (catalog) locations (item). We know this update will make some people very happy.
This Fall, we have released some important updates to improve the way you work with your colleagues, clients, and partners in Pyrus.
You can now easily add a whole partner company to Pyrus. If you have clients or contractors, add them to Pyrus as an organization, and work on projects together. All the employees of your partner company will see each other in Pyrus, and do their work on a single platform. Then, when they are ready, they can take over managing the company profile. Once that happens, they can invite colleagues and manage tasks in Pyrus themselves.
Pyrus users have received a rich harvest in this of Autumn, as we unveil a whopping seven serious updates.
1. You can now post announcements. Announcements in Pyrus provide a convenient way to communicate useful information to the team: share a piece of news about the company, inform co-workers that someone is out of the office, introduce a new employee, or publicly congratulate somebody. This feature is a full-fledged newsfeed that makes it easy and enjoyable to scroll, read, post, and comment. You can scroll through the feed quickly and efficiently, without having to click on anything.
This past month, we updated tools that have been a hit with Pyrus users for a long time.
1. Now you can check how tasks are associated. There are two ways to link tasks in Pyrus. The first is to divide one big task into several smaller ones to track their progress. The second is to post a link to the task in a comment on another task.
